## <mark style="color:green;">การชดเชยกรณีระบบล่ม</mark>

1. ชดเชยเฉพาะกรณี “เซิร์ฟเวอร์ร้านล่มทั้งระบบ” เท่านั้น
2. ปัญหาเกม / เซิร์ฟเกม / อินเทอร์เน็ตลูกค้า / โปรแกรมของลูกค้า ไม่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของร้าน

#### ขั้นตอนตรวจสอบ

3. หากเครื่องมีปัญหา ให้ปิด–เปิดตามคู่มือ 1 ครั้งก่อนแจ้ง
4. การตรวจสอบเป็นไปตามระบบของทางร้าน

#### การชดเชย

5. เมื่อทางร้านยืนยันว่าเป็นการล่มทั้งระบบจริง
   จะเพิ่มเวลาใช้งาน x2 ตามระยะเวลาที่ล่ม

## <mark style="color:red;">เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการกับทาง VPSlnwZa</mark>&#x20;

1. คอมเช่าใช้สำหรับใช้สำหรับ “ฟาร์มเกม” เป็นหลักเท่านั้น
2. ร้านไม่รับผิดชอบกรณี ID เกมถูกแบนหรือถูกแฮกทุกกรณี
3. ต้องต่ออายุก่อนหมดเวลา 8 ชม.\
   หมดอายุไม่สามารถต่อย้อนหลังได้
   &#x20;ระบบลบข้อมูลทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้\
   (คงเหลือเฉพาะข้อมูลเข้าใช้งานของ VPSlnwZa เท่านั้น)
4. หากหมดอายุและไม่ต่อเวลา จะเสียสิทธิ์เครื่องเดิมและถือว่าหลุดคิว
5. การให้บริการทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามลำดับคิว

   หากไม่สะดวกรอ ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยุติการให้บริการ
6. ห้ามใช้คอมเช่าในกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายใด ๆ ทุกชนิด
   \
   หากตรวจพบ จะยกเลิกสิทธิ์ใช้งานทันทีโดยไม่คืนเงิน
7. เมื่อชำระเงิน = ยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมด
